All non tangible products such as logos, graphics, images or unique designed artwork
is not eligible to be returned, if you are unable happy with this products/services we will
do our best to make you happy by either modifying the artwork, logo, graphic or image within reason.

All tangible products such as business cards, postcards, posters or other printed material is not
eligible to be returned once order(s) have been verified and sent to our third party printer.

shipping is non-refundable on all items. 

RETURNED CHECK POLICY: 

All online payment methods are accepted and processed by 2Checkout.com, Inc. and those guidelines
are used for any echeck payment made through 2Checkout.com using bluecerulean.com's online store.

Should your check be returned, it will be subject to electronic redeposit without further notice.
Recovery fees will be assessed on all returned checks and may be debited from your checking account
electronically or by way of paper draft.

Any paper check received for services that our returned for NSF ,insufficient funds or similar reasons
are subject to collection activity by a third party vendor and the fees incurred to recover the funds $30.00
 or 5% of face value, whichever is greater (plus bank fees).


You understand and agree that, by presenting a check as payment for any transaction(s) with blue cerulean, 
you are entering into a contractual agreement that obligates you and holds you responsible for all
penalties, costs, and returned incidental damages allowed under law, but not limited to, return charges,
interest, collection costs, legal expenses, attorney fees, and expenses incidental to the face value of any 
check that is returned as non-payable.
